It was Sept 14 when my AC unit quit. It's was only today 9 days later in above 100 temps some one came only to give me a quote and agree to at some point fix my AC unit. I have had to live with friends and neighbors taking my dogs to board where temps and a foriegn surroundings are stressful. .I'm 73 alone and unable to live in my home to no fault of my own .In the past I have been very pleased with Choice Warranty but this experience was and still is unbearable. I'm disappointed in the service Im getting. .On last Friday I received a text offering me to get my issue resolved when a min later the "VIRTUAL ASSISANT" had offered inappropriately. It's Monday 23rd and I still have no Idea when it will be safe for me to go home.

In my opinion, Jose is the model of what a service person should be in every way. From his appearance as a professional to his excellent communication skills and his years of experience which contributed to an outstanding outcome for us has customers. If I was running a business, I would seek to hire Jose because he is the whole package!

JC was helpful from the start and explained the problem and its solution. He found the necessary part and went and brought it back and installed it with good results. I was told his work had a 30 day warranty, but received no paperwork. His explanation for why my signatures were required were sketchy.
