Tech did a good job, however it seems our problem may have to do with a clogged roof vent. Gerado was very helpful in trouble-shooting the issue. He seemed very familiar with our LG Dryer. We would have no problem recommending him.

The technician was competant and friendly. Our disappointment was the amount of time it took to do the repair. About two weeks from the time the call was placed. Then he just determined what parts were needed, then another two week appointment was made, but was cancelled without prior notice, then another week before Mark came and did the repair. And -- you can never talk to a person when you call to determine what is happening.
