Got right to work asking me questions and taking a look inside the washer. He was communicative, professional, and I just felt like he knows his stuff. He gave me the information I wanted to know without having to ask, about timeframe to expect to hear from my warranty company next, but without wasting any time before heading off to his next stop.

Jerry was a good technician, although he did not call a half an hour in advance like was promised. But your electronic customer interface is terrible . He was not able to see that I did have a card on file. I would blame this on your electronic system more than on the man, because I gave my card information over the phone, but it did not appear on the service call details. Today, for the follow-up call, it again asked for my card information. I did not give it since it didn't save it last time.

As far as this A&E repair company, I would rate them 1 star. This company sucks and I will not be renewing my service agreement plan next year.
