Jerry was a good technician, although he did not call a half an hour in advance like was promised. But your electronic customer interface is terrible . He was not able to see that I did have a card on file. I would blame this on your electronic system more than on the man, because I gave my card information over the phone, but it did not appear on the service call details. Today, for the follow-up call, it again asked for my card information. I did not give it since it didn't save it last time.

Gerardo repaired my washing machine. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and approachable. My repair required a part that needed to be ordered so it necessitated a second visit. I feel like I hit the "repair person" jackpot in Gerardo!
