Tam diagnosed the problem fast, and when the part arrived the following week he fixed it fast. Additionally, due Choice Home Warranty not stating correct facts and thier over poor service, I reached out to Tam several times regarding ordering the replacement part and rescheduling to perform the work once the part arrived. If it were not for Tam and his helpful guidance during that time, I would still be struggling with Choice Home Warranty and not have a working refrigerator. I'm grateful for Tam's talent in repair and his kindness and patience with helping me through an unnecessarily painful process.
