Maybe next time your repair man is sent out on numerous occasions for the same issue, you might try sending someone different just to see if your guy is missing something.

Shortly after receiving service someone stole a valuable one of a kind chair from my front porch. I am not accusing my repairman but wanted you to know in case there had been similar complaints for this employee. A report was made to the Sheriffs Office. This employee was the last stranger I had at my home for several weeks.

Called to have someone come to look at my ice maker and I was directed to AI generated. Asked what my problem was I told them. Then asked my zip code. Then I’m told there are no available schedule times available. Was asked if I wanted information about their services for prices on what they offer for get service. Why would I want to pay for that when I can’t even get an appointment. 🤷‍♀️

I bought a new Kenmore Elite Refrigerator on 12/30/2021. On 3/15/22 it quit working, I was told they couldn't get parts, They sent me a new refrigerator same model on 4/15/22. In July 2022, the 2nd one quit working and they couldn't get parts. I asked for my money back and they refused. They sent me another refrigerator on 8/25/22. That lasted 2 years 7 months before the freezer quit cooling, Sears was out today, 3/11/25. I was told that they could get one of the two parts needed to fix it, but the other part was no longer available and that they couldn't find an after market part to fix it. Since it was no longer under warranty I was told that it was unfixable and I was out of luck. I was never told that Sears could not get parts for this refrigerator or I never would have bought. So after spending $2500 plus, I now get to pay another $85 to have it hauled away. We will never purchase a product of any type from Sears. Long time customer gone.

After the “repair” I tested my washer by doing one load of clothes (right after the technician left), my washer is still not working. The part that was removed from the washer and recommended to be replaced did not appeared to be damaged or old, and clearly by replacing it, did not fixed the issue. Is my money for the part going to be returned? Do I have to pay again for a misdiagnosis? Or do I have to pay again to have a part recommended to be replaced that did not needed to be replaced? Even the technician insinuated we would have been better by ordering a new washer, but still recommended to replace the part… So, what now? The part in the pictures is what it was removed from my washer and “needed to be replaced”.
