Dan did a great job in hunting down the problem with my washing machine door. The latch was stuck and by lubricating it he was able to get it to work again. Yah!!!!!

Ken diagnosed the problem thoroughly and offered several suggestions to resolve the problem. Though the needed part is not available and a new refrigerator is needed, Ken did his job professionally and was very pleasant and courteous to visit with. Highly recommend!
