First technician Dennis arrived on scheduled day, diagnosed the problem, parts were ordered and shipped directly to me. Second technician Nathan arrived on the scheduled day to replace the part and my dryer now works.

Pedro was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He even cleaned off one of the parts he removed to access the malfunctioning motor evaporator. The whole process was smoothly executed and completed on time.
