REALLY!! I schedule about 10 days in advance for a washer repair on 8/19/24 and I am given a window of 8A to 5P. I receive no less than 10 emails and texts during the time leading up to the appointment confirming same. On the day of the appointment I receive a text that my technician will arrive between 8A and 9:30A. After all the planning and rearranging of my schedule, I get a text at 8:30A that my new rescheduled appointment is on Wednesday 8/21/24 between 8A and 5P. No reason given for the rescheduling. Come on guys! You can do better than that! A phone call would have been nice, so that we could discuss a new schedule that works for us both.?
