Washer repair
Technician was very knowledgeable. He was proficient and fast. The only downside is any time between 8 and 5. Would be nice if time could be predicted a little closer to actual time but it is understandable that probably wouldn't work. All in all would recommend Sears to anyone for good service.

I was very disappointed that Daniel refused to take the big heavy box with the old freezer door on my porch and pretty much just ran out the front door. I am 70 years old and now I have to pay someone to haul it off. Really not happy about that!

John left a message early on the day to narrow down the time of repair which was very helpful then notified me when he was on his way. He was able to complete the work in a timely manner and was very courteous.

He wasn't there friendliest tech. Dropped whole freeze when he was pulling it out. The next morning we realized he put it back in crooked, which caused the door not to close properly. Everything had thawed. Although it hadn't been freezing well anyway, which is why we had it checked.

waited from 8 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. ridiculous!!! there is no reason for this. don't schedule so many appt.'s! Robert is a very nice man, but expecting someone to work that late is a joke!!!

Robert did his usual excellent, thorough, professional, and efficient job. Sears phone customer service is an absolute disaster, as is this comment site. I can't locate the beginning of my comment. Robert was EXCELLENT!!!!

I will never call Sears Home Services again for repairs. We overpaid and waited too long to get our refrigerator fixed. Fortunately, we were able to get a loaner from a friend on the meantime. Otherwise we would have wasted so much more money, with food gone bad and having to shop everyday for fresh food.
