waiting for Robert
waited from 8 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. ridiculous!!! there is no reason for this. don't schedule so many appt.'s! Robert is a very nice man, but expecting someone to work that late is a joke!!!

Robert did his usual excellent, thorough, professional, and efficient job. Sears phone customer service is an absolute disaster, as is this comment site. I can't locate the beginning of my comment. Robert was EXCELLENT!!!!

I will never call Sears Home Services again for repairs. We overpaid and waited too long to get our refrigerator fixed. Fortunately, we were able to get a loaner from a friend on the meantime. Otherwise we would have wasted so much more money, with food gone bad and having to shop everyday for fresh food.

GE made a mistake on my address since I live in San Diego so we cancelled this appointment. Daniel and I had a great laugh together and I once lived in Sedona, so that is how the error occurred. I went online and scheduled a new appointment for 6/22

Allen was a nice guy. He reset our dryer which we do ourselves regularly. He found blockage in the vent and we cleaned it. He did not listen to us that the dryer doesn't dry well and needs to be fixed. Even multiple cycles at various settings will not dry any load.

My microwave was not repaired and even though he claims it was not damaged from being abused choice warranty is denying repairs. Seems like a scam. I will say he was professional and polite, his professional opinion did not go very far. I am really disappointed

Mike has been to my home now four times in the last couple of months. While he is an excellent whistler, it is incessant. If not whistling then he's humming. Ok, it's annoying. His skill is suspect when the first thing he does is pull the fridge out and disconnected the water supply. All in all, the fridge was fixed and the water supply reconnected. 4 hours is all it took. I had to reschedule this repair because Nov 19th was overbooked by whoever does your scheduling. That's a whole week praying that the fridge would make it another week. I do not blame Mike for this because things happen and the appointment can run long, as is evidence in this week's repair. He told me last week that he had 2 compressor repairs in that one day and that's what took so long. Please let scheduling know that it is quite annoying to have constant reminders of your arrival times and having to stay home all day for the repairman only to be told. "Sorry, I can't make it to you because other jobs ran long." Thank you for letting me get this off my chest.

While performing the troubleshooting in my microwave Robert accidentally turned on the gas to one of the burners on my stove. I didn't realize it until I started smelling the fumes over an hour after he left!! Could have caused a fire and / or asphyxiation!!
