We got great service from Robert who diagnosed and fixed our erratic LG refrigerator. We called yesterday evening and the job was done today by the Sears tech. He patiently explained the problem and how we should monitor performance. Thanks, Sears.

Joel was pleasant and swapped out the parts that were sent to fix the ice maker problem. We will wait and see if that solves the issue. Stay tuned…

Richard cleaned guts and checked all temperatures. It appears that at this time it is working, but Richard advised us to keep a check on it because dirt and debris was causing compressor to overheat which might have caused some damage to it.

John did an outstanding job. To my surprise ( contrary to popular belief ) he had the parts he needed to complete the job. He is very friendly and finished the job in a very reasonable amount of time.

He called to tell me what time he would be at my house and it was spot on. He was professional, well groomed and very courteous. Diagnosed and had my problem fixed in a timely manner.

He stayed and trouble shot every possible problem and corrected it. Miguel was patient and very informative about my washer, and he is a valuable asset to the company.
