First visit he diagnosed the problem quickly. He does not waste time and the second visit he fixed it with a new part quickly -- arriving right on time and quickly getting it done.

Joel arrived on time, was friendly, and professional. He replaced the part that was sent but wasn't sure where it was located in the fridge, leading me to wonder if he had worked on KitchenAid refrigerators before (the only reason for 4 stars). Once he found and replaced it, he put everything back together with no issues. Unfortunately, the home warranty company had him replace this part, and my fridge is still not working properly.

Robert was respectful and knowledgeable of the icemaker issue. The reason I didn't give this five stars is because of the long window, 8 AM to 5 PM, waiting to get a call that Service is on the way. This is no fault of Robert. I had an appointment a couple of weeks ago and waited at home all day and it was canceled later in the day . This was the second time I had to stay close to home. A shorter window of time would be much appreciated.

Joel was great, but communication about the shipping of the replacement part was comical to say the least. Unknown who shipped, to where did it ship and unable to provide a tracking number was frustrating. The part was supposedly shipped to my house, but no tracking info was available. It took 3 appointments before repair was vcompleted. Lots of wasted time.

I opened my claim 6/28/25 I just now got it repaired!! I recieved no text or calls or e-mail for tuesday 7/8/25 and never showed up!!!! I have used sears in the past with american home shield, and been very happy. But this time you dropped the ball!!!! that doesnt excuse home shield , that is a whole nother issue!!! Their customer service has really gone down hill!!! for all that was done to repair washer and twenty minutes he was here, it should never have taken this long!!!!! ridiculous!!!! sure hope your customer service greatly improves, but its highly doubtful and remains to be seen !!!!!!!!
