Refrigerator Service repair
The technician Richard was GREAT !👍 That a.i. was as unpleasant of an experience i have ever encountered ! PLEASE make an option to speak to a human representative.

Joel was great, but communication about the shipping of the replacement part was comical to say the least. Unknown who shipped, to where did it ship and unable to provide a tracking number was frustrating. The part was supposedly shipped to my house, but no tracking info was available. It took 3 appointments before repair was vcompleted. Lots of wasted time.

I opened my claim 6/28/25 I just now got it repaired!! I recieved no text or calls or e-mail for tuesday 7/8/25 and never showed up!!!! I have used sears in the past with american home shield, and been very happy. But this time you dropped the ball!!!! that doesnt excuse home shield , that is a whole nother issue!!! Their customer service has really gone down hill!!! for all that was done to repair washer and twenty minutes he was here, it should never have taken this long!!!!! ridiculous!!!! sure hope your customer service greatly improves, but its highly doubtful and remains to be seen !!!!!!!!

John Sears was the technician that repaired our dryer. It wasn't heating. He quickly diagnosed the issue but unfortunately did not have a required part on his service van. So he had to order it and then return to install. 'Robert' the AI virtual assistant prior to Johns first visit and inquired as to Make, Model and problem BUT That was a failure as it did NOT provide any assistance to John or me. John Sears was a great help and did a fine job in spite of 'Robert' the AL

Based on my observation and discussions with John, I consider him to be a master of the trade and ourselves to be the extremely fortunate recipients of his knowledge and positive approach to finding and fixing the problem with our 18-year old microwave. We have found a most reliable resource for our Kenmore appliances and would unhesitatingly recommend him for any such related appliance repair.

Ross's repairs on my fridge were fine. He was quick and hopefully the fridge will work fine now. Sears service overall was very disappointing. 2 appointments the repair person was a no show and I wasted 2 days sitting around waiting for someone to show up. I had to escalate the claim in order to get a serviceman out to install the parts delivered to my house. Trying to get to a person on the phone was impossible with Sears, all you get is an automated system that is horrible. I would suggest you improve your automated systems and get better at notifying customers if the repair person will be a no show. At this time I would not recommend your service. Thanks

Daniel was great. No problem there. Unfortunately Sears does not provide a way for their techs to take leftover parts (3 big boxes worth) and get rid of them. So now we have to take a trip to the dump ourselves. Not cool Sears. Plus they didn't show for an appointment a week before this one, when their email stated they would. Again, not cool.

Daniel was very personable. He kept in contact and let me know when he would be arriving, and arrived when he said he would. He tried to clean up after himself before he left. However, he did not fix my washer, after four tries. He also left all the bad parts and boxes for me to dispose of. I expected more from Sears service.
