Ross was very efficient and helpful. Flexible with his schedule. Not Ross's review, but an 8 hour window for the 15 min visit? Really? There is never a day when I am home from 8am-5pm. I have classes every morning. Ross and I managed to work around my schedule, but I got out of bed at 5 am to get the day arranged. 5 hours of sleep when my health requires 8-9 is on Sear's conscience!
