John was excellent each and every time he came out to attempt repair of our dryer. He had attempted repair several times since the initial request to repair in November 2025. Each time Sears ordered an aftermarket part, each time, the aftermarket part did not work. This time, however, the OEM parts (all of them) were installed and finally, two months later, I have a functioning dryer. John was excellent! Sears parts ordering was terrible. Had they ordered OEM parts to begin with my dryer would have been repaired two months ago.

The top rack broke, we called our home warranty and they quickly dispatched a Sears repairman who came out in a day or two, assessed the problem, ordered parts, returned as soon as the parts arrived which was a couple of days and fixed the problem. Very efficient and pleasant experience.
