Taylor was friendly and efficient! Getting your system to confirm my appointment was not, they would not update my phone. And this review request was sent to my husband, Richard, whose name was on none of this service's paperwork, it's Elaine and l can do business on my own, thank you!

Robert has been so great. He fixed my refrigerator and it works great! He tried to fix my dish washer but realized the parts exceeded the cost allowable for repair. Still he connected with my home warranty plan and made sure they understood the dilemma. He arrived on time and is very kind and efficient, I love my wall oven, it is old but very beautiful and retro. I really wanted to save it but as hard as he worked to find the parts it could not be done. But I appreciate all his efforts. He gave it a real effort!

Chris is extremely knowledgeable, and knew immediately what to do. He communicated effectively with our home insurance, ordered the needed parts. He let us know when there was a supply issue, and had a backup supplier so our appliance could still be repaired on time. He always called 30 minutes or so before his arrival so we could be prepared. Would recommend him to anyone!
