Waiting 58 days to replace a fuse on a microwave, plus having the wrong parts shipped, and canceling the appointments twice is not acceptable, but Robert the technician was great. He explained very well, what exactly happened , and order the right part.

Both Joel and Joe were awesome. The worst part of the experience was that it took almost one month to get my refrigerator running again. And the fact that rebuilt parts are used is not comforting when new Samsung parts are available.
