The service provided by Ross was excellent. He diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed the problem and he was efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and the outcome is excellent. Our older refrigerator is back in business.

The service was great, Daniel was very professional and friendly. The parts were ordered and delivered to our house, and the coordination of the service was perfect. My only suggestion would be to limit the number of text messages and email messages. But that is just my opinion as I am already very organized. I will use your services again without question.

replaced worn dryer parts. Checked four other appliances. Would have appreciated if he had vacuumed behind my refrigerator, although he said it looked clean. I expect to have someone vacuum for next year's maintenance check.
