Joel was very professional in his work. Knowledgeable and explained every step taken. Very thorough in his repair. Courteous and respectful during his repair work. Even though our repair job was scheduled in advance, Joel said it was added to his schedule late in the day. Contact withthe inner office lacks a lot in customer service.

I was very impressed with Robert who came out because our Refrigerator was not cooling. He diagnosed the problem quickly and then ordered the part. The part came in 2 days to our house. We had an appointment for the next week to put the part in. Joel came then and he really knew what to do. It did not take long to fix.
