I was not present, but my friend of mine met Taylor. Taylor was quick to discover an issue with my mechanical hood system. Taylor was also so courteous to call us ahead of time to service the equipment on a timely manner.

Ross and Taylor were right on schedule. Working together they removed the built-in Kitchen Aid microwave and replaced the turntable motor. Everything is working like it should. Thank you for the great service.

Daniel was very professional and on time. Took very good care of my refrigerator. I would recommend him as a great technician. Getting in touch with Sears to make an appointment was very difficult. No as easy as years ago.
