Your technicians were great. The service to get the right part was not. It took 3 trys to get the correct part for my washer and it took a month to get it fixed. When I tried calling I could not speak to anyone. Your automated service needs some work, if you ask me to call back then I should be able to speak to someone not be put in a loop of nothingness.

Technicians Robert and Allen were needed for this job. They have both been to our home in the past. They are both excellent technicians. They are always polite, careful when they disassemble products and careful when they put things back. They are very thorough and excellent.
