Great service
Ross was here 1st thing. He spent over an hour replacing the motor and doing maintenance on my 17 year old Kenmore dryer. It now works perfectly. Thank you!

My technician was incredible. He knew his job kept me informed and was quick on this repair. The communication with Sears however was terrible. I had to re-change my work schedule six times for appointments where people did not show up. I would get an email that would say one date and a text message that would say another date and no one would call to verify which date and they wouldn't show up for either one. This was an extremely challenging repair.
