Ross called ahead of time and was here promptly. He explained the status of my washer and dryer (which came with the house which I just bought) and the limitations of the model which doesn't fill up water to full capacity like I was used to in other Whirlpools I have used in the past..

Last repair guy gets a 5 , great job , we have been waiting over 4 weeks between parts being ordered 3 times and waiting for washing machine to be fixed " to much waiting time for a washer to be repaired just the cost of the repair guys , could have replaced the entire washer " a 1 on your scale for time in repair "
