My experience with Sears repair is tremendous with Taylor . However the time it took to get a technician to return to fix our dishwasher was really poor service. My appointment was rescheduled 2 times by Sears. It wasn't a parts issue because I had my parts 10 days after the first tech came by and ordered them. I'm very disappointed in the time it took to fix my appliance.
