You have the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! U can not reach a human and IF u ever do it's on the Philippines and they really can do NOTHING to help u!!!! I am cancelling my home warrenty secondary to ur customer service and Choice Home Warrenty and their decision to use you and ur extremely irritating computer only service!!'n
