Daniel called me scheduling our appointment. On the day of the appointment Daniel called me in the range of time telling me he was on his way. After surveying my issue, ordered a new ice maker. Then asking me be looking for a text to confirm the rescheduled date and that I received the new part, which I did. Daniel call me on the rescheduled date letting me know the window of time he would be coming over. He let know he was on his way to complete the service. He completed the service in less than 30 minutes. He was professional and courteous. Sears has a great technician on staff.

The company's AI system is a NIGHTMARE! Can't speak with anyone. It randomly schedules an appointment without customer input. I would use someone else if it hadn't been warranty work. John the tech was great.
