Robert is the absolute best tech that we've ever had. Even when our parts were not delivered to us, he tracked them down at the UPS location and brought them over. Robert fixed our fridge and microwave and explained everything that went wrong. He even gave us some history about the parts that we found fascinating.

If not for technicians like Daniel, who I've had many timesin my home, I would have discontinued using your services. I was left without a functioning washing machine for over four months with no assistance, and no one returned my calls. Repeatedly, I was assured that "someone of higher authority would call me back," which never occurred. My interactions with your customer service have been utterly unhelpful. It would be surprising if you were not aware of this, considering the poor online ratings. It seems you may be relying on the reputable name of SEARS, yet you are diminishing its reputation.
