John knows his work
We have full confidence in John to provide good service to us. Unfortunately, we had two shipments of parts that were not the correct parts for the job. We have had John do our service work, for many, many, years. He never has failed to complete the work. We blame the washer still needing repair on how the parts department handled the proper shipment of parts. Still waiting on the correct parts.

A few times different tech came out to try to fix our dishwasher. They all failed. Then John showed up and snap, it was fixed. We are very pleased with his work and the way he presents himself. A+ all the way around.
