Robert is an amazing professional:) He was sweet and knew exactly what he was doing. He always gave honest correct information. Sears however as a company is the absolute worst! No customer service, no accountability and complete dishonesty at every turn. So sorry Robert has to deal with such an awful establishment. They dragged out my dryer repair for over a month even though the parts were there within a week. Their lack of competency isn't the worst thing about them however. The worst part of dealing with Sears is the harassment. Almost every day I would receive text messages threatening to cancel my appointment unless I answered ridiculous questions about information Sears already had. Sears also wasted my time by scheduling and then immediately canceling over 7 different appointments with their useless texting system....truly unnecessary. I will never ever use Sears for anything, like ever again, ever! Sears is a deplorable company and that is exactly what my BBB claim will read!
