Skilled professional
Robert came in, evaluated the situation, ordered the correct parts, returned as scheduled and fixed the heater for the dryer. Then he stayed and tested the unit and discovered the timer was also broken. He ordered the correct part, returned as scheduled and got it all working. He was polite, professional and friendly and we felt comfortable with him in our home.
