Repair wouldn't have happened today if it wasn't for Robert. He really went above and beyond helping me through a scheduling error. Without his assistance, I would still be without a working fridge. He was on time, courteous, and very professional as he worked in the afternoon heat. If ever I need additional repair, I would ask for Robert. I would give him more stars if possible. Called 4:30 pm Wed for refrigerator repair. They showed up at 10 the next morning as promised. Fix was done in half an hour. Very reasonable price, and great service person. 5 star, all around!

The ice maker on our refrigerator was not working. Joel came out to determine what the problem was. He told us we needed a new ice maker and proceeded to order the part for us. The replacement parts were mailed to our house. He also set up another appointment to return and install the new part on the refrigerator. He was prompt and very knowledgeable in his service field. He made sure the new replacement part was working properly before leaving.
