Our experience was pretty awesome. Requested an appointment and got one really quickly, just a couple days. Technician came, ordered parts and they also arrived quickly. Technician came right back as soon as the parts arrived and replaced everything. Very happy with the whole experience.

Robert really went the extra mile to try to help with my 15 month old LG refrigerator that had a broken compressor. It really does not inspire confidence with the brand. I hope LG will allow him to finish the repair. i was very happy with both sears and robert. LG not so much...
