Very helpful and knowledgeable
Robert really went the extra mile to try to help with my 15 month old LG refrigerator that had a broken compressor. It really does not inspire confidence with the brand. I hope LG will allow him to finish the repair. i was very happy with both sears and robert. LG not so much...

Repair wouldn't have happened today if it wasn't for Robert. He really went above and beyond helping me through a scheduling error. Without his assistance, I would still be without a working fridge. He was on time, courteous, and very professional as he worked in the afternoon heat. If ever I need additional repair, I would ask for Robert. I would give him more stars if possible.
