After 2 missed appointments by sears, John was finally sent our way. Knowledgeable, efficient, and 'on our side' to replace the 26 yo unit, he followed protocol and gave us advice on the replacement.

It was nice to have John,as the repeat service Person, to finish putting in the ordered parts. I already talked with him and got to know him, the first time. He knows what he's doing. He's very good at his job. and I request John for any other service that we may need. Happy thanksgiving

Technician came and couldn't do anything. He called Sears to verify if it can be repaired or whatever and the serial number is worn off of the sticker in the microwave so they said that it will have to be reassigned to some other company. Why can't she do this if another company can I'll remember that in the future when I need help
