Good service, but ...
I have no complaints about the service provided by Joel G specifically. HOWEVER, I do want to make a comment about the service provided by Sears PRIOR TO the visit. I got a text message asking me to confirm the appointment and give a description of what is actually wrong about the microwave, which I did. But when I asked if I could speak to a person from Sears prior to the appointment, I got a number that DID NOT TAKE ME TO A PERSON. I asked over and over again to speak to an actual person, and got nothing. This is basic: if I'm going to spend my money with Sears on appliance repairs, I should be able to speak to a real person over the phone prior to the visit.

Joel arranged an immediate appointment shortly after my request. He is cheerful and ready to address my refrigerator issues. He ascertained the water flow and ice cube dispenser had not been reset, ie unlocked after installing a new filter. Wala!
