Did not resolve our problem
He came and said my washer is leaking because of overflow? And that it's not leaking anymore? Guess what first load of laundry done today and it's still leaking! Not a help and was lazy to actually look and see what the issue was! Now I have to call back in and request another day and another tech who hopefully know what they are doing. Huge waste of time

Dishwasher did not drain after service
Taylor was an amicable person and while I don't have a problem with him per se; The service call did not address the problem. My dishwasher was not draining. He did unclog some filters and then left. I did a sanitizing rinse with a bowl of vinegar as he suggested and there was till a pool of water left in the dishwasher at the end of cycle. The problem persists after the service.

Baffles
Was in and out in 5 minutes. Snapped the parts back in, and left. Two loads later, they broke again.

Poor performance
The technician didn't bring a ladder, he got up on top of the refridgerator and opened a panel and told me I needed a whole new door with the controls in it. He said I had to decide then or I'd have to pay another visit fee to have someone come out again. He said I couldn't call to confirm whether I wanted to spend $1000+ and he seemed uncertain this would even resolve the issue
