Wendell provided great customer service and replaced compressor on refrigerator but in a few days freezer is icing up and leaking water from bottom of refrigerator, have called over and over to AHS and sent email to Sears, still problems with frig, new recall service order but still no scheduled appointment from Sears for recall

Can't fix a 3 yr old Kenmore fridge. Had model information for a week and didn't bother reviewing before driving out here. Kept saying "Hey they don't tell me anything." Really poor experience. Total waste of money. Won't buy Kenmore ever again.

Well it was a terrible experience. At first it took forever for them to find a technician close enough to where we are located. He came order a part didn't said anything else just said that he was going to order a part. Part arrived he came back and said that warranty wasn't going to cover because there were roaches in the washer. I told him that we have a pest control contract and that they come to our facility to spray once per month. He said that we will have to talk to somebody else. Didn't have information of who to call just left. I ask the ladies that are in charge of laundry if they have seen roaches in the laundry room and they said no. So our washer didn't got fixed.

Technician came out to my house two weeks straight The first week came out put on parts that were ordered refrigerator still didn't work came out the second week replaced the part that was told to me that he messed up replaced the part guaranteed that my refrigerator was going to work refrigerator still not working as of today Will not be using Sears anymore for any of my services

GE Profile Washing machine
Not pleased. Tyler was very professional and courteous, but the machine will not spin. I just washed a load of 6 towels with one Tide pod. The machine did not rinse nor spin.

Combo washer and dryer
The same day of my service call now my combo has 2 different errors and my stuff in locked inside it half wet and can't get anyone back out for 5 days

Dryer Conversion from natural gas to LP.
This was a total waste. The Tech was not qualified to do the work and not the least bit helpful. I was not very pleasant and am not the least bit sorry for that. I suggest you figure out who sent him here. I made my request clear through GE.

Awful
We waited all day at our house from 8am to 5pm, and no one came. The technician said we "refused service." What a waste of our time. Ridiculous.
