Took a month and one day to get my dryer fixed. First technician identified problem and ordered 4 parts. Took Two weeks for parts to arrive. Second technician that came August 29th said he had those exact parts on his truck. He was very professional and kind as was the first technician. My only complaint is took longer than I've ever waited for a repair.

Tyler was very nice and quick and seemed very efficient. I especially appreciate that he showed up because they kept rescheduling my appointment because the text would say, "Press 1 if you accept this appointment," BUT WHEN I WOULD PRESS ONE NOTHING WOULD HAPPEN AND IT STILL RESCEDULED ME 3 TIMES! REDICULOUS! AND YOU CAN'T CALL ANYONE TO STRAIGHTEN THIS OUT! NO WONDER SEARS WENT OUT OF BUSINESS! Fortunately, Tyler was smart enough to figure this out and showed up today anyway. This made YOU guys look good. ALSO, they sent me a reciept for over $200 but these machines were still under warrenty, so what the heck??

My tech was great. But when he got to my house Sears, had pulled the washer off of his repair ticket. I was standing in the utility room when he called to have it put back on so that he could work on it. They told him he would have to return to work on the washer. It was 7:15 P.M by this time. I am VERY put out by Sears. I will not be renewing by agreement. I had a different tech do a maintenance on my refrigerator. Got up and it had quit working. Food is ruined. Water standing in the kitchen floor. This is UNBELIVABE . I will not be using SEARS again. Lost a whole day from work.
