Absolutely phenomenal service! One of the heating elements went out in our oven, and Stephen went completely above and beyond to get it fixed for us. He was punctual and knowledgeable about KitchenAid appliances, and didn't stop until he made sure everything was heating accurately and safely. Finding a technician who truly takes pride in their work and puts the customer first is rare these days.

Service tech was courteous and prompt. No issues with him, he said we were to get a replacement appliance since replacement parts exceeded his $ allotment and would be receiving a call within 24/48 hours from 11/14/23 at 11:30 am. Been 4 days with no more response.
