Didn't stay to see if it was fixed!
The repairman replaced the part that he was told was the problem but didn't stay long enough to see if the washer was fixed. This is my eighth service call on this one washer in 4 months and it still doesn't work.

Terry comes out, replaces the sensor, runs a diagnostic test and walks out. The washer is still not fixed. I have asked him to put a load in and to run the washer with the water and he does not do it. The washer has not worked now for four months. We do not want Sears repair people coming back to our house.

No help
It would have been nice to get it fixed. He was here 5 minutes and insisted that since the serial number had faded off the paper, something I told them when I booked the call, he couldn't fix it. All that information is on a plate underneath on the bottom of the microwave. So I am out my service call fee to wait all day to be told no fix What an absolute jerk and rip-off. It was a ten minute fix.
