2 months and I'm not happy
Why did he not replace everything that was there he only replaced one thing and said that will work he said that last time and I still don't have a refrigerator that works so does he even no what he's doing this doesn't work I want a new refrigerator that was in my warranty I'm tired of renting a refrigerator because of bad techs

Did not do a thing
Did not look at the unit was here for less than 30 seconds claimed he could smell my animals because he saw some puppy pads in the trash and it was making him sick. People have pets my home is clean.

John A. Needs training on his custom service
Worst experience I've ever had in my 40+ years dealing with a technician. John claimed he couldn't repair my dishwasher because it "couldn't be pulled out." I ended up pulling it out myself with no problem. He was argumentative, dismissive, and made no real effort to help. Extremely disappointing service.

Oven repair
I was very disappointed. I was quoted a price that I would have to pay and when I tried to pay that amount there was an additional charge. I asked more than once the amount and was stated the same thing each time. The technician refused to take my check for the amount I was stated

GE Electric Dryer
I purchased this dryer in December 2024. It's just now 4 months old today. It stopped drying, someone came out to fix it today and it still isn't fixed. Now I have to be out extra expense to get my laundry done while waiting who knows how long for someone to come back out.
