Overall I am Very Satisfied. Sonny, on both visits arrived in the expected time-frame and went right to work determining the parts needed on the first visit as well and the actual installation visit. I was deleyed in completing this survey because I wanted to ensure everything was working properly. After all repairs were complete I needed to wait a couple of days to actually see if the Ice Maker was operating normally. It wasn't as it made grinding noises when delivering ice. I pulled out the Ice Maker module l and found several ice cubes behind the Ice Maker module which was preventing the unit from being fully inserted into place. Once I removed those ice cubes and reinserted the Ice Maker module fully into place all was fine and it has been operating normally since that time.
