I highly recommend Chuck if your freezer on the bottom is giving you trouble. After at least two other techs looking at my freezer, Chuck took one look and immediately saw why it dripped water on one side. He ordered the parts and then s talked them today. He should be an inspiration to others because of his attitude, ability and professionalism. Thank you sis.

It was a nightmare trying to get repairs on my refrigerator. The Robot answering my calls was not helpful to me because I was unable to answer the options quickly enough to get the repair appointment. But, finally Sears sent Terry, and he repaired my refrigerator! He was polite, and understood my frustration with the technology difficulties which I was experiencing in getting him here. I was blessed that he was able to do the job!!
