Fantastic service! Professional technician! Call Sears!
John was great. He gave me all my repair options, explained the Sears warranty program, needed repair parts onboard the truck and the best part…I call for service Wednesday afternoon AND was scheduled for NEXT DAY. John called me Thursday a mile out and was here before 11am. LESS THAN 1 hour & done. Easily paid with my card via phone.

It was a pleasure having Shane as my technician. He was professional and great communicator. Kept me updated and let me know when he was on his way. The customer service on the other hand through your phone line and chat was HORRIBLE!! No follow up as I was promised. Never could get a live person and if I do it was in India and they were clueless!!
