AWESOME Technician
John is a wonderful example of a truly caring rep of Sears. My Mom is early dementia and John took the time to explain what needed to be done to fix her fridge. HIGHLY recommended!

John went above and beyond for my Mom. He took the time to explain to me what was needed and what had been done in the past to fix the ice/water dispenser. He sent me videos so I could see the issue with the dishwasher. Truly a nice guy and very knowledgeable. John was very professional and is a great asset to Sears. I HIGHLY recommend him!
