Excellent technician
Jason was incredibly knowledgeable, expedient and courteous. He had the dishwasher diagnosed and fixed in a matter of minutes and had no ego when he was unable to diagnose the issue with the double oven. He immediately calked his supervisor and they worked together to correct the problem. Had I known it was this easy to get a repairman to my house to service my 13 year old appliances, I would've called much sooner. Lesson learned on my part. Thank you, Sears for maintaining such wonderful servicemen.

Excellent service
Both of the Sears repairmen (Shane/Mitch) arrived here and got right to work. I truly never thought that much was wrong until all the boxes were opened and parts laid out. I cannot say enough how very grateful we are. Excellent service and the knowledge to put it back together. Awesome!
