The technician was great. The work was finished in a timely manner. Shane even tested the machine to make sure everything worked properly. Now to the heart of the matter. From the time my claim was filed to work being completed was approximately two weeks. The parts ordered were delivered the next day. Yet I had to wait. I learned that the technician could have been out on Monday the 23rd. For some ungodly reason the dispatcher told Shane that I was unavailable because I was in Branson Mo. On the 23rd I was at my home all day and could have had my washer fixed two days earlier. I am very aware that Shane does not have control over when he is dispatched to a customer. However it makes absolutely no sense that the parts ordered sat on top of my washer for over a week. In today's work environment 99% of business gave a time frame of between 2-4 as an example. The time frame given was between 8-5. Basically I sat waiting all day for the technician to show which he did around 3:40. Other than getting my washer fixed the day was a total waste.

I paid $134. For nothing. I will never call sears again for any repairs, the guy who came out was real nice, but could not move my appliance, what I got was suggestions! Time to boycott sears service, that’s what I’m going to do, they have been to my house 3 times, and never fixed the issue.

I cannot rate a service that has yet to be provided. I have confirmed my appt. for today twice. I have not heard from the technician and it is 2:41pm. I cannot locate a number to call anyone or get information. I gave one star because that's the only way you can post.

This place is a joke. W waited a week for the technician to come out to tell me my appointment was a collect call and not a warranty call and I had to pay for the parts and labor. I did t even call the company. It was called in by the company I bought the dryer from. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone unless you want to be robbed $500+
