Very nice, went out of his way to take needed pictures, as problem cannot be fixed and must be replaced. Now I am waiting to hear from Sears as to what we need to do to replace my refrigerator.

Shane diagnosed the problem with my washer. When the parts came in, he fixed it and bam! Our washer works again. You can't ask for better than that.
