Service was prompt and easy to schedule. Problem was found on first visit, part was ordered and delivered to our home in a reasonable time and we were given the choice to reschedule the follow up appointment to install the new part. Service man was very polite and efficient. Worked quickly and updated us throughout the visit.

He was excellent. All the concerns I had were scheduling, waiting on parts, and dates for repairs being changed many times.But it finally happened. Maybe because the request was via First Am Home Warranty that gets low priority., Sears must be overbooked.
