Went he got there and try the dryer. The dryer work. He did good job of telling me what the problem could be .

He was earlier than his expected time, which was a very pleasant surprise. He did what he came to do, tried to clean up the mess the refrigerator made when moved and also gave us some good advise and suggestions to hopefully prevent the problems from happening again
