He was earlier than his expected time, which was a very pleasant surprise. He did what he came to do, tried to clean up the mess the refrigerator made when moved and also gave us some good advise and suggestions to hopefully prevent the problems from happening again

Service man prompt, courteous, and professional. I would have given 5 stars, but after replacing the ice maker and leaving it still didn’t work. I have a follow up requested but haven’t gotten a response.

Part was ordered and installed , did not fix the problem. Can't talk to a real person representative. All phone numbers take you to an AI recording. After this problem is resolved. Will not use Sears service again. Tech did what he could with the information he had from previous tech diagnosis
