We called Sears and a technician came out. You were charged $140 for his appearance. He gave us a crazy diagnosis and after he left, we realized the door on the washer would not even close or open so we called up again which I guess they called recall, and the second guy came out his name is Dylan and he fixed the door that the first guy messed up and then he came out with a diagnosis of the problem which is a lower gasket in ordered that a week later, the gasket came in and they sent out technician again, which is a First guy and he looked very frustrated and he didn’t look like he knew what to do. He ended up putting the gasket in shutting the door and he says it runs, and he left then we called upstairs and told him that the door was dropping. It had no spring counter bounce so Dylan came out and he hooked up the springs, which the for the first technician he never did and then realized that the that first technician put the gasket in upside down and the wrong way so Dylan got that all fixed and the door opens and closes like it should and the machine runs fine so we were very happy with Dylan’s work not so much for the first technician.

Came on time, accessed the problem immediately, showed me what was wrong and how to avoid these problems and then fixed the range top, asked if he could be of further assistance, handled the payment electronically on site and left. Great job.
