Mathew was so great! First of all, I’d like to say he immediately seen the problem that the last technician that came out I wish I remembered his name but was lazy and didn’t bother to put two screws in the control panel. That was brand new and Matthew kindly put them in there and that’s all I needed cause the company a lot more money when if the first technician would’ve done it right they wouldn’t have had to come out again, but Matthew done a fantastic job and got it done quick and Was prompt and professional had a great attitude and we really enjoyed him coming. Use him. He’ll get the job done the right way.
